Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means customers have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hey@dosey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will not be refunded original shipping costs. Orders that received free shipping will have a flat $4.99 return shipping fee deducted from the refund. If you return only part of your order and the remaining total falls below the $50 free-shipping threshold, the same $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted.

Cancelling or Modifying Order

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Billing, Credit Card & Address Details

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your delivery address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure billing address is entered correctly.

Failure to enter the correct delivery address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays, costs, or undelivered orders due to incorrect information.
